Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Changes

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. We're unable to modify, cancel, or make changes to orders after submission. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Our Return Policy

We do not accept returns on puzzle orders. However, we will provide a full refund for products that arrive damaged or defective, provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Please note: Missing puzzle pieces do not qualify for refunds under this policy.

Do not return any items without prior authorization from our customer service team.

How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are processed within 2-5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Refund Not Received?

If you haven't seen your refund after the timeframes above, first check with your bank or credit card issuer. If the issue persists, please contact us at wormcreekpuzzles@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
