Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders must have a valid US shipping address.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer two shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Economy Shipping: More affordable option with delivery in 5-8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Faster delivery in 3-5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $54.00 or more (typically 3 or more puzzles) qualify for free shipping automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed immediately upon submission. We cannot modify, cancel, or make changes to orders after they have been placed.

Preorder Shipping

Preorder items will ship on or around the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase (currently June 2026 for our initial puzzle collection). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, timelines may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs (if applicable in the future), or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is delivered to the address you provided, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier options like signature confirmation if you have concerns.

If your tracking shows the package was not delivered, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your puzzle arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund for damaged items.

Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us immediately.

Address Changes

We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
