By placing an order through wormcreekpuzzles.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products and Pricing

All puzzles sold through our store feature exclusive original artwork. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and we strive for accuracy. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order.

3. Preorders

Certain products are available for preorder. Preorder items will ship on or around the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Payment for preorder items is processed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders and Payment

Once an order is submitted, we begin processing immediately. Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed after submission. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

5. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders must have a valid US shipping address.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated on our website.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

All content on this website, including but not limited to puzzle designs, artwork, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Worm Creek Puzzles or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Our original puzzle artwork is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our proprietary content without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
